REFUNDS POLICY

The Customer will have the right to have the product replaced in the event of non-compliance of the order or products (i.e. for product or package manifestly damaged on delivery or incorrect quantities and/or type compared to the order).

The Seller reserves the right to verify the existence of the lack of conformity. The Customer must report the lack of conformity and send photographic proof of the damage or non-compliance by e-mail to the address info@mozzarellacostanzo.com
