Shipping and delivery

1. Where are you sending? We ship throughout Italy and Europe by express courier.

2. When will I receive my order? Delivery is guaranteed in Italy in 24, maximum 48 hours. Shipments are made on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The choice of shipping data must be made in the cart before completing the order.

3. Do you offer free shipping? Certainly! Shipping is free to Europe for orders of €99 or more. For smaller orders, shipping costs €15.00.

4. How are fresh products packaged? We use polystyrene isothermal boxes that maintain the cold chain for 72 hours.

5. What if I don’t get the package in time?

If the delivery takes place after the established times, we will reimburse you for the fresh products of the shipment Excluded are the cases in which the non-delivery is attributable to the customer (e.g. absence of the courier or wrong address).
