Burro Costanzo is a fresh cheese made with buffalo milk whey and cow milk whey. For the production of our butter we use an ancient artisan process, using the centrifugation of the whey, using a skimmer, for the production of cream, which is then subjected to slow maturation in our cells. Formats of 100 g, 200 g and 500 g are always available. Fat content 82%. It is kept in the fridge at a temperature of about 4°C. Origin of the milk: Italy. Ingredients: buffalo milk whey and cow's milk whey. Allergens: lactose
