White Cow's Caciocostanzo

Cow caciocostanzo is a stretched curd cheese made from cow's milk, salt and rennet. It is matured for about 30 days, has a sweet taste and a soft texture. It is available whole, weighing approximately 1100 g, or halved, weighing approximately 550 g. Given the shape, it lends itself to gift wrapping. It is a ready-to-use product, it lends itself to various uses, it is excellent if used for fillings or grilled. It is kept in the fridge at a temperature of about 4°C. It is consumed at an ideal temperature of about 15-20° C. Origin of the milk: Italy. Ingredients: cow's milk, rennet and salt.
