Seasoned Buffalo Caciocostanzo
Aged buffalo cheese is a stretched curd cheese made with only buffalo milk, salt and rennet.
It is aged for 8 to 10 months and has an intense and delicate flavour. It is available cut, vacuum-packed, or whole of about 4 kg. It is a ready-to-use product, it lends itself to various uses, it is excellent grated in flakes to complete dishes.
It is kept in the fridge at a temperature of about 4°C.
It is consumed at an ideal temperature of about 15-20° C.
Origin of the milk: Italy.
Ingredients: buffalo milk, rennet and salt.
