Mozzarella Costanzo from buffalo milk

Our buffalo mozzarella, 1st place in 2023 Gambero Rosso Top Italian Food Guide, is a fresh stretched curd cheese and is produced exclusively with the milk of our buffaloes, salt and rennet. It is characterized by an ancient artisan process of hand cutting and is available in a round or braided format, in different sizes, starting from a minimum of 50 g up to a maximum of 3 kg. To enjoy it at its best, in particularly cold periods, as mozzarella best expresses its aromas if consumed at a temperature of about 28-30°C, we recommend gently heating it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, , to immerse it with the entire bag in warm water for about 15 minutes. Finally, it is recommended to always keep the mozzarella in its preserving liquid and not to place it in the refrigerator.
