Mozzarella Costanzo from buffalo milk without lactose

The lactose-free mozzarella is made with the lactose-free milk of our buffaloes, salt and rennet. The milk is the same used to produce the traditional buffalo mozzarella, for this reason, the flavor is identical. The difference occurs in the production phase where the milk is delactosed. The need to produce lactose-free mozzarella was born to allow intolerant people to consume mozzarella, or dishes made from it, but not only! It is also indicated for those who consume frequently and excessively dairy products. It is available in round, aversana, morsels, morsels or braid formats, starting from a minimum of 100 g up to a maximum of 3 kg, available exclusively on order. To enjoy it at its best, in particularly cold periods, as mozzarella best expresses its aromas if consumed at a temperature of about 28-30°C, we recommend gently heating it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, , to immerse it with the entire bag in warm water for about 15 minutes.
